Detail Project Production and Installation Steps with Estimated Time Frames

1. We need the artwork for the sign to get precise miteral costs.
2. We need the address of the location, so that we can proceed with a site survey:
   1. There is a cost involved for this step. (Average Range: $350-$750 per sign.)
   2. Site survey needs to be scheduled. (May take 1-2 weeks.)
   3. Measurements of the building and faces are taken for where the sign will be installed.
   4. Checking the existing electrical.
   5. Making sure there's no obstructions.
   6. If we're replacing an existing sign, we check to see if there's power, check the status of the bulbs, lights, etc.
3. Checking on the regulations for the city. We use the address to determine what zone the building is in. Sometimes, the requirements of the sign will change based off what part of the city they are in. City regulations vary for bhuilding sign allowances.
4. Proof is created for the city and for client approval.
   1. We will provide a quote at this phase.
   2. Construction cost, site survey, shipping, and permit acquisition fee are known at this point. Actual city permit cost is TBA at this phase, as they assess the cost based on multiple factors.
5. Once the proof is approved, it is submitted to the city for a permit.
   1. The city may require engineering specifications on the proof, which comes at an additional cost.
   2. The city permit process can take between 1-4 weeks, or more, depending on the city's response & response time.
6. Once the city grants the permit, construction begins (1-3 weeks).
7. Shipping may be required for out of state/region jobs.
   1. We will provide an estimation of what the additional cost will be for this step during the quoting face.
8. An install is scheduled during the construction phase.
9. City signs off on the installation.
   1. Final costs are assembled and an invoice is provided.
